Strawberry Cucumber Salad




Strawberries in a salad? Don’t question it ! And you definitely won’t after you've tried this fresh recipe that will delight your eyes and your palate.



Proprieties

  • Nice source of Vitamin C thanks to strawberries

  • Good source of protein intake thanks to feta cheese, from 4 to 5 grams of protein per ounce. (27g) One cup of feta (about 150g) contains 21g of protein.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, spiralized or thinly sliced

  • 4 cups strawberries, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup spinac

  • 1/2 cup feta cheese

  • Dressing: Vinegar balsamic glaze

  • Tip: add pumpkin seeds for a special kick


Make it happen...

Wash all the ingredients.

Start slicing the cucumbers very thin. You can use a vegetable chopper slicer if you have one.

Slice the strawberries after cutting away the leaves.

Mix together cucumbers, strawberries, spinach leaves and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

Pour a nice amount of balsamic vinegar glaze on top.
