Goji berries have gained popularity in the last few years thanks to the impressive health benefits they have.

How do I use it?
AS THEY ARE. Dried Goji Berries are a perfect snack to boost your energy and satisfy cravings.
I usually have about one tablespoon every day in the morning.
ADDED DRY TO YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE. You can cook with dried goji berries in both sweet and savory recipes.
Try to Add goji berries to your breakfast granola or oatmeal just as you would with raisins. Or you can top with them your yogurt, ice cream or salad.
You can also try to make some delicious and original Goji Berries muffins.
GOJI TEA. You can even rehydrate these fruits adding them to a big glass of hot or cold water and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. They’ll become plump and juicy.
