Medicine balls come in a variety of shapes, sizes and weights usually ranging from 5 to 50 pounds in order to match the demands of different exercises along with different strength levels.
These balls works well for a wide range of upper- and lower-body workouts.
- Cost: about 15$ but you can find it even cheaper
Not only for yoga lovers, the yoga mat is a must have also for those who want to have a great abs workout or a comfortable stretching routine.
- Cost: price may vary depending on the quality/material and weight
They come in a range of weight levels, from 5 to 50 LB.
They are great for lower body + shoulders workouts.
- Cost: from 8$ to 50$ for a set of two
Again, the price may vary depending on the weight.
You can use your dumbbells for a huge variety of resistance trainings, such as tricep extensions or biceps curls.

The large stability ball is great for core strength, balance exercises, and for toning and sculpting the upper body. Also, it is useful if you have any back problems: do a lower back stretch or seat on the ball help reduce stress on the spine.
